Mckenna: Human Characteristics of Place

​

Our ways of life are much like Earth’s. We all speak the English language and everyone can believe what they want. There is a variety of jobs in our colony so that everything can function properly. We have smarthomes controlled by “Teresa”, our artificial intelligence. In our colony, you have to wear a uniform while you’re at work, but the rest of the time you can wear whatever you want. All these rules are so that everyone in our colony can be treated equally and minimize violence and discrimination.

Caleb: Physical Characteristics of Place

Europa will be a good place to live because it has an ocean and we will probably never run out of water to use. It is good that Europe doesn't have many craters because there is more smooth land to use. It has shiny brown lines that are cool to look at as you come in onto the moon. The island can be the land that we live on.

Skyler: Human And Environmental Interactions

We use Human And Environmental Interactions to get new resources, food, oxygen, water, and other things to survive. We need to drill holes through the icy surface to get water so we won't get dehydrated. We will create domes to grow crops and keep animals in and our food. We will have lights at night that are heated to stay warm at minus 250 degrees fahrenheit.  That is our main idea of how to adapt, modify, and depend on our moon.

Emma: Movement

Here's how you and goods and ideas and what things will move to and from  Europa! People will move on Europa with Europa buggies and to make sure we don't pollute it we will charge it with electricity. We will transport all waste to earth so it doesn't create landfills on Europa we will transport the waste with our hovercraft.  For transporting water to earth for those who had to stay on earth with no resources. It's important that we find ways to move ideas and goods to and from earth so that the people we left on earth will have resources.

Gabrielle :  Region

Our colony is unique we are going to have different types of transportation like hovercrafts and spaceships.

We are also going have different types of  living spaces. Europa is not like other planets it has an ocean and it is the shiniest object in the solar system. If you aren't already convinced i'm sure that we can change that. Thank you for coming to supporting our colony.
